Shipping:
Choice of shipping will be discussed either during or after the completed commission,
if applicable. Insurance is also an option that can be added to the order (which
is highly recommended). Once item is shipped, I will not be responsible for
any loss or damages to such items along the way to you. Most items will have
some form of tracking included, if available, for the shipping service requested.
If you've chosen to add the insurance option, you must report to your post
office of any loss and damages, caused through shipping. For some cases, damaged
items from shipping can be replace at no extra charge, if reported with proof
of damage from shipping within 3 days of receiving the product. If item(s) becomes
damaged after this time frame, one would be required to purchase the replacement
parts, no refunds will be issued after this time frame.
Shipping is currently free for orders $150+ for US residents only (subject to
change). This includes orders that have both physical and digital products combined
in the order. Commissioned or made to order products and services will vary
in delivery time depending on time, materials and availability. Please note,
that shipping and processing may be delayed based on US holidays or personal
events, for the later, usually a notice in the news section will be posted or
emailed to buyers.
Returns:
1.) If you wish to cancel your order:
a. you can notify me by email before I have dispatched the goods to you and
you will be refunded if necessary; or
b. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to me
in accordance with clause 2 below.
2.) You can return goods you have ordered from me within 5 days
of receiving the item for a refund, credit or exchange. The costs of returning
goods to me shall be borne by you.
3.) Upon receiving the goods, I will issue you a full refund of the amount paid
or an exchange or credit as required.
4.) The rights to return the goods to me as referred to in clauses 2-3 will
not apply in the following circumstances: -
a. in the event that the product has been damaged or soiled by use.
b. to any products that I have made or customized specifically for you, unless
you are willing to allow me to resell it to another buyer.
c. graphics, templates, or other digital and downloadable products. Can't "return"
something digital.
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
* Please note that refunds will not be offered for any digital products,
only credits will be issued that can be used for the purchase of another product(s)
equaling the total value or to take off the difference of the total order. In
the case of corrupt or lost files, simply request that files be resent. If it's
a glitch, then an updated patch will be worked on and will be sent at no cost
when available, or if it cannot be resolved, then credit for the full amount
will be issued to use for future purchases.
Since this is all done manually, so to speak, “credits” will have
to be kept on file of who and what the credit is for. In order to keep things
secure, the buyer will be given a specific set of instructions on how to apply
the credits for the future orders.
